Setting up at Jettis

If you have not done so already, register at Jettis and get an account.  They can be found at: http://www.jettis.com/

Setting up Jettis in NATS
In the Billers Admin

Merchant ID is a unique ID assigned to each client and is provided upon sign up at Jettis.  It would look something like '900'.  Merchant ID’s are not Gateway/ACH specific.  Meaning, a client using Jettis for both Gateway and ACH processing would not have two separate Merchant IDs.
Login is the ‘external’ login name to Jettis and is created when you sign up for an account.
Password is the ‘external’ login password, also created when you sign up.

In Jettis, each client receives two sets of logins. One login (‘login’ meaning username/password) pertains to the Jettis Admin Panel and allows client’s to view their stats, etc.  The other is their ‘external’ login (also a user/pass) which can be used for various utilities that we provide outside of our Admin Panel (i.e. data dump utilities, cancellation utilities, etc). This ‘external’ login is the login that is used in NATS.

In the Sites admin:
Under Biller Details:

Terms URL is the url to the client’s ‘Terms and Conditions’ page. The Terms page typically includes legal disclaimers such as subscription/billing terms, limitation of liability, etc. It is the responsibility of the client to draw up a terms page for their website. A typical ‘Terms URL’ would look like this: http://www.sitename.com/terms.htm

Under Join Options:

Product ID is a unique ID assigned to each product a client offers on their website. So for example, a typical ID might look like this:

  • 45001 = $3.95 3-Day Trial
  • 45002 = $29.99 Monthly
  • 45003 = $39.95 30-Day Non-recurring

Product ID’s are not tied to a particular payment type, meaning a Product ID can be used for either credit card or ACH processing.
